Potatoe omelet pie
I made this pie to my sister's 20 birthday. We ate it as a midday breakfast and just taken from oven. But potatoe pie taste also fine when it's cool, so you could try to serve it in garden parties.

Fresh dill from my garden definitely gave better taste ;)

5 boiled potatoes
5 eggs
1/2 class of milk
50g grated cheese
dill
salt, garlic pepper

Butter the pot. Slice potatoes and place them to the pot.
Mix eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper and hacked dill. Add the mixture to the pot.
200 degrees, 15 minutes
